Faculty Spotlight: Making the Mundane Meaningful ๐
Classroom management involves many mundane tasks: taking attendance, communicating with absent students, and so on. These duties are often undertaken in a routine way, in between the primary activities of teaching and learning in the classroom or studio. Join us as we hear from two Pratt faculty membersโDominica Giglio (HMS) and Micki Spiller (Foundation)โwhose teaching practices transform these mundane classroom management tasks into meaningful and engaging activities embedded within the larger context of teaching and learning.
