A synchronous program or event begins when the first meeting occurs, and ends when the last meeting occurs or at the deadline of any deliverables (whichever comes last).
For asynchronous programs, all of the required submissions must take place within the same semester.
Faculty members who teach during the summer semesters are eligible for fall program stipends, as long as the other eligibility requirements are met.
Faculty members who teach during the winter semesters are eligible for spring program stipends, as long as the other eligibility requirements are met.
The annual CTL Summer Playground takes place at the end of the spring semester, and all part time or full time faculty members who teach in that spring or summer semester are eligible for the Playground stipend, as long as the other eligibility requirements are met.
