Interactive Conversations

The CTL welcomes all faculty to attend our interactive conversations around topics that come up throughout the semester. These casual, interdisciplinary conversations have brought together groups of faculty to discuss pertinent topics such as: Setting & maintaining boundaries as an educator, the dissolution of affirmative action, political contexts and our students, Gen-Z pedagogy, Meaningful Critique, and more.

We are asking your feedback on what topics the next conversations should be about. Submit your ideas on this Google Form—it’ll take 30 seconds!

The next interactive conversations will take place in Spring 2026. Look for information in upcoming CTL newsletters!

Eligible part-time faculty who attend and participate in both sessions qualify for a $150 stipend.
