In this Faculty Spotlight recording, CTL 2025 Faculty Fellow Rychiee Espinosa (Architecture) walks us through her project, “Failing Forward for Success: Why Just Do It”. Rychiee Espinosa argues that failure is a key component in the creative design process and identifies possibilities to overcome the fear of failure in order to experiment, innovate, and find joy in the process.
