Supporting Faculty: Self-Paced Online Resource

The Center for Teaching and Learning, in collaboration with the Office of the Provost, offers Supporting Faculty to introduce how various offices and support services can help new and continuing faculty. Thank you to our colleagues who have taken the time to introduce themselves here!

Supporting Faculty is a self-paced resource (optional discussion boards only, no “submissions” required), divided into four modules:

  1. Administration, Shared Governance, and Academic Affairs
  2. Academic Support
  3. Working with Diverse Student Populations
  4. Health, Wellness, and Safety.

Each page in this series includes a short video recorded by members of a team, office, or center on campus who can collaborate with you in some way. At the end of each module, there is a discussion board where you can share a response to any of the reflective prompts, and/or share about a positive experience you’ve had in collaboration with an office or center that was mentioned.

If you have any questions about the content or role of a particular office, we encourage you to reach out to that office directly! If you have technical issues with this resource, please reach out to the CTL.
